 Cycle 1 - "Accelerate"(days 1-17) is the strictest one in terms of calorie intake. With a daily 1200 calorie allowance, the plan follows the main requirements of a low carb diet. Lean meats, low fat dairy, fruits, non-starch vegetables and green tea and water consumption is encouraged in order to accelerate weight loss as much as possible. During this stage, water weight is easily lost and the basal metabolic rate raises.
Cycle 2 - "Activate"(days 18-34) focuses on varying the daily calorie intake from high to low over the course of several days. This technique is said to prevent the metabolism from slowing down and to avoid weight loss plateau. If in the first cycle the lost weight is mostly water weight, in this stage fat burn is accelerated. In this stage approximately 1500 calories should be consumed daily.
Cycle 3 - "Achieve"(days 35-51) is a stabilization period which focuses on developing healthy eating habits. In this stage the weight loss is more modest compared to the previous two cycles. In this stage, more fruits and whole grains are added, while the unlimited consumption of lean meats is no longer encouraged. Moreover, a 100 calorie snack daily and a serving of alcohol are also permitted.
Cycle 4 - "Arrive"(days 52-68) is the final stage, in which the focus on eating healthy is still maintained and the meal plans are similar to those from the previous cycles, however, controlled splurges during the weekends are now permitted. In this stage, the assumption is that the desired weight loss goal has already been reached.
Now that we've learned more about this popular diet plan, it's time to look at the pros and cons of it in order to establish if it is truly worth trying. Among the strong points of this diet plan is the fact that it doesn't cut any of the major food groups like other diets. The emphasis on daily exercise is another positive aspect, especially if we take into account the fact that not many diets have clearly established recommendations in this sense. Another important fact is that this diet plan is far from being monotonous. However, the fact that it delivers fast results is perhaps the most persuasive argument among dieters.
If we are to analyze the cons of the diet, the possibility of developing irregular eating habits, the overall expense of the diet and the branded products that are recommended and the possibility of regaining the lost pounds are perhaps the most noteworthy. We've all gotten used to seeing Angelina Jolie sport some serious bling at recent red carpet awards and it seems that her passion for jewelry and humanitarian causes have turned the star's attention towards a possible union between these two, the launch of a jewelry line.
Angelina Jolie has been collaborating for the past 9 months with with designer Robert Procop to create a jewelry line that will be sold privately through Procop and all the proceeds will go the Angelina Jolie's charity, the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict.
It seems that Angelina has been an admirer for Procop's jewelry, so what better designer to help the diva design a jewelry line that will suit her style perfectly. The line is titled "Style of Jolie" and features classic yet glamorous jewelry pieces that capture and enchant the eyes. The collection will be available for sale and will be displayed at a Julien's Auction House in Beverly Hillds. Unfortunately the collection will be displayed in a high-end museum, and will be an invitation-only display, meaning not everyone will be able to catch a glimpse at the amazing and luxurious pieces.

Procop said that: "This is a collaboration between Angelina Jolie and myself in designing beautiful jewels as a piece of an art form,"

Well, it seems that all the sweetness surrounding the new Khloe and Lamar reality show has already raised some comments as it seems that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom make Rihanna want to "barf", but the comment was not made with bad intent. It seems that RiRi was quite impressed by the romance surrounding the couple who wed in 2009, as she quickly twitted to her followers that she was watching.
It seems Rihanna and Khloe Kardashian are good friends as Khloe got the joke and she immediately responded to RiRi's comment. Rihanna twitted:
 "@KhloeKardashian crazy, just watched ur show in the studio! Yall make me wanna #BARF... or atleast find a man!!! 2 cute for words. Rah Rah"
The reply to Rihanna's funny message came soon and surprisingly Khloe offers a little bit of men advice to RiRi. Khloe twitted:
"@rihanna LMAO! Trust me you just need to make your pick and baby girl you got a man. Thank you for watching! Rock it out in the studio!"
She also twitted that she loves Rihanna's music as:

Former reality-star turned fashion designer and NY Times best-selling author, looking fabulous as ever, sits down for a special interview in which she talks about the way she sees herself, but also about body issues and plastic surgeries. Lauren Conrad is definitely the type of girl that doesn't need different tricks in order to look great. And her latest cover for 'Allure' magazine May 2011 is the perfect example in this sense. The former reality-star hottie flaunts her signature hairstyle, a light brown waves with honey highlights, looking effortlessly sexy and relaxed. 'Allure' shares some behind-the-scenes photos with Lauren posing gracefully and naturally as she always does.
Even though Lauren became famous for her impeccable style, inside the magazine, the 25-year-old beauty says she doesn't see herself as being a sexy girl. "I'm not a sexy person. I'm OK with it," she told 'Allure'. "I've never been the sexy girl. Whenever I've had a boyfriend, he's always been like, 'Oh, you're cute.'"
Besides, the reality-show babe also says that fans of 'The Hills' who had the opportunity to meet her told her that she is "different" than they thought she would be and looks "better" and "younger" in person. "I'm still deciding if that's a nice thing to say. Is that like, 'You don't look great on TV?'"
In 2004, Lauren was cast as the girl next door in MTV's "Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County." Speaking about that period, she admits that, "I was 17 when I signed on [to Laguna Beach], and that's a vulnerable age anyway. I was still figuring out who I was. To be on television and told a million things that are wrong with you was hard, but I very quickly decided that I just had to be me. I watched people change everything about themselves, and they still weren't happy."
Then, "The Hills" came, a reality series that managed to become a real phenomenon. On being called 'Reality Show Talent', Lauren told 'Allure' that, "They called me that, and I'm like, 'What's my talent?'".
Lauren Conrad managed to quickly move from reality-show star to successful fashion designer and best-selling author. And being constantly in the spotlight is not the easiest thing as you sometimes might feel the pressure. "It wasn't 'Lauren Debuts Her Line'; it was 'Lauren Debuts a Fuller Figure,' and I was like, 'Oh, no!' because I'd put on a few pounds…. If I'm shopping and I see paparazzi, my bag goes directly to my thighs."
Still, Lauren reveals she never wanted to be very thin, nor felt the need of doing plastic surgeries just like her former costar and roommate Heidi Montag. "I saw 'People' magazine just like everybody else," Conrad said. "I don't think this is a happy story at all. There's just no right answer there," she says.
Now, Lauren seems to have totally put behind 'The Hills' and heading towards a blooming career in the fashion world. She currently designs clothes for Kohl's and for her new line, Paper Crown. Besides, she wants to keep her relationship with actor Kyle Howard far from the public eye.
